　　Our goal within the Racing Technician Rotational Training Program is to identify individuals with little to no experience but who have good mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive.  Individuals would be trained over a two-year span in all areas of the engine build and test processes. By the end of the program a successful individual could be placed in any position within one of these four areas - Engine Assembly, Engine Machining, Dyno or Electrical.

　　Essential Job Function

　　The two-year program will be broken into four rotations. Each rotation builds on items learned in the previous rotation. Rotations are designed around the individual and how well they understand the information and perform. The timeline outlined below may differ with each trainee.  

　　During the program trainees are expected to present what they’ve learned every two weeks to help mentors and trainers’ gauge learning progress and training timeline.

　　Program is designed to be pass/fail. If individuals are not able to meet performance expectations, grasp concepts, or have a negative attitude - they will fail the program and their employment will be terminated.
