Managing the clinical area including simulation lab and skills labs
Coordinates lab competences as assigned and assists in lab skills checkoffs
Student orientations and clinical scheduling duties as assigned
Must be familiar with hospital organization and management and havesound knowledge of good nursing principles
Ability to interpret procedures and policies and to develop, devise, andadapt techniques and methods to meet the needs of the students, clinicalaffiliates, and patients.
Participate in faculty meetings
Active, unencumbered registered nursing license or practical nursinglicense for the state of Arkansas
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently toward courseobjectives
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
