　　For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for

　　a Quotation Specialist

　　With using our suite of customized systems and tools you as a Quotation specialist work together to craft tailored solutions for our clients, interpreting requirements to configure proposals based on site capabilities, local regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

　　You will balance multiple assignments for clients across the globe and could work with subject matter authorities in every one of our facilities.

　　Your requirements:

　　Analysis and assessment of provided data for preparation of quotesReviewing quotes to ensure they are written in accordance with RFQ and relevant price lists and templates, encouraging errors back to the team for analysis and trending of errors.Close interaction with Project management teamCreation, calculation and revision of offers within Oracle CPQ-System for production, packaging, distribution, CSOSCreation of Change order via OMAR SystemControlling of different offersClient specific quotation and project work on development of process and monitoringCoordination and verification of internal and external information flowAssist with training new employees on the quotation process and protocol breakdown

　　Your qualification:

　　First professional honor in place or higher school degreeExperience in clinical trials industryDistribution knowledge or educationSalesforce.com usageVery good German and English language skills (written and spoken)Good user knowledge in Office 365
