DIRECTS: None PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Towork with various disciplines to meet the needs of our internal/externalcustomers. Proficiently and independently, be able to performdimensional inspections and develop inspection reports using the LaserTracker and the CMM and other tools. MAJOR DUTIES: Perform in-processinspections Perform supplier source inspections. Completion of receivingand final inspections and in-process inspection using precisionmeasuring and test equipment (CMM, Laser Tracker) in a timely fashionwith results easily understood. Proper control of non-conformingmaterial and completion of the defect reporting process. Support theMaterial Review Board Process. Prepare and deliver Quality Assurancerelated training. Support preventive-corrective action request andsupplier preventive-corrective action request process. Responsible forcontrol of quality records. Support customer and third party qualityaudits. Ensure calibration program is in conformance with establishedstandards. Participate in vendor qualification and supplier qualitydevelopment. Measure, record, and report on organization performanceprogress. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Perform internaland external quality audits. Other duties as assigned.
