　　Quality Technician for immediate need in the Phelps, NY area! This is an AWESOME opportunity to begin and sustain your engineering career with an amazing organization. In this role you will use a variety of QC tools and work with some of the best engineers in their fields. The right person will have proven mechanical abilities, a keen eye for detail, a natural engineering curiosity and the ability to understand GD&T.

　　work hours: 8am to 4pm

　　responsibilities:

　　Using QC tools such as spectrometers, measuring devices, calipers, gauges, height gauges, micrometers and or deburring equipment

　　Interface with Project Engineers, other departments within the company and external suppliers

　　Perform engineering support activities as directed. (direction will generally come from the Project Engineers or the Chief Engineer as applicable)

　　Technical Requirements

　　Related manufacturing experience or exposure is higly desired, or willing to train a motivated person

　　Knowledge of GD&T

　　Good math skills and the ability to think logically and geometrically

　　Interpersonal skills

　　Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
