　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　Manage process of entering new documentation into the quality system includingapprovals and notifications. Manage document revision process including changerequests, approvals, and notifications. Initiate and/or complete SOP &Work Instruction and Process updates.

　　Corrective Action and Nonconformance:

　　Follow up on pending non-conformance actions to ensure timely resolution.Manage non-conforming product to ensure timely disposition. Managenon-conformance records. Perform Non-Conformance Investigations.Non-Conformance/Complaint Analysis and Reporting Non-Conformance/Complaintfile management

　　Auditing Support

　　Support and provide updated documentation necessary for external and internalauditing. Participate in internal auditing process including actual auditingand reporting. Host Regulatory Audits. Host Customer Audits. Manage AuditFinding.

　　Production Support:

　　Assist in the process of training existing employees. Help to develop trainingprocedures. Lead the effort to communicate quality and training issues toemployees. Maintain communications boards throughout facility.

　　Customer Support:

　　Create customer facing documentation to communicate our QMS to customers.Investigate customer issues and drive complete resolution.

　　Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor degree or higher in quality or relevant fieldBasic knowledge of warehouse equipment, flow of inventory, shipments,and production operating procedures5-8 years of experience in quality systemsExperience in an ISO certified manufacturing facility preferredISO auditing experience preferredExperience working in an injection molding manufacturing environment preferredIFS experience preferredCAPA/Non-Conformance Management experience preferred

　　Skills and AbilitiesPrior training in ISO 13485Experience and knowledge with ISO 13485,Excellent communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-taskSkilled in the use of the Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer, quality, and results oriented.

　　Base Salary Range for this position is: $88,000 to $95,000, andbonus target is 3%; shift premium may be available depending on shiftassociated with the specific job opportunity.
