Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech. At Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital Solutions, we’re changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers’ abilities and improve patients’ diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms: Flexible Robotics (MONARCH®), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA™), and Digital Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and improving trackers and/or databases to monitor quality projects and data
Supporting the collection and coordination of quality documentation and records for process improvement
Working with Quality, Supply Chain and Reseach and Development, including management on data gathering, analysis and reporting
Assisting with document creation, revision, and obsolescence processes in electronic management systems
Monitoring project/program and preparing status updates for management reviews
Support execution of initiatives from Quality and Compliance Credo Action Plan
Executing activities for change controls and product launches, which includes collaboration with cross functional team, coordinating Quality launch readiness, and reviews/approvals.
Capable of leading through a highly complex and diverse workload ensuring deliverables are on-time, accurate, and meet their intended objective.

Student pursing Bachelor's Degree or higherExperience and Skills:
Required:
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, concurrent priorities, many needing immediate resolution
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, self-awareness and adaptability required.
Collaborative and successful at establishing relationships
Demonstrated ability to work on complex or ambiguous issues autonomously, with little/no daily direction
Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point applications is required
Preferred:
A focused degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, or Information Management is preferredThe anticipated base pay for this position is between $27.00 and $50.00, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
