The Building People, LLC, has a position for a full-time Quality Specialist to support the Senior Manager of Corporate Quality in corporate quality management activities.
Support ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) activities to include; process and procedure review and revision, measurement and analysis documentation, nonconformances and corrective actions documentation, and opportunities for improvement and lessons learned management. Assist with internal and external audits.
Support contract delivery tasks as needed under our CMMI SVC ML3 appraisal to include; document review and revision, routine project audits, and reappraisals, as necessary.
Assist in drafting Project Management and Quality Control plans, routine project audits, project reviews and analysis, collect and analyze lessons learned.
Collect and maintain customer feedback and contract performance results database. Track and trend quality data.

Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint), MSTeams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Three or more years supporting Quality management, specifically ISO 9001:2015
Experience supporting CMMI appraisal and related activities
Experience in government contracting industry
Motivation and desire for improving current systems and processes
Required Education
Associate’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Management
