　　Major Responsibilities:

　　Supplier Field Activities: -

　　• Lead complete Operations of Medium Voltage AIS Switchboards of supplier manufacturing and testing activities. as per relevant IEC & IS standard and customer requirement to ensure the best quality product.

　　• Handling of Supplier internal quality testing, compliance, TPI inspection & finishing activities.

　　• Provide support to Engineers and technicians within different functions (such as Logistics, Testing, design to order topics).

　　• Drawing error identification and feedback to OM Team

　　• Conduct monthly meetings with respective shop floor Testing & Manufacturing team members. (SQA improvements at Supplier)

　　• TPI Inspection coordination with suppliers as per monthly planning.

　　• Daily TPI inspection planning and control as per monthly plan

　　• Plan, assign and assist in the training and development of the TPI team.

　　• Conduct training to suppliers for Siemens lean line quality feedback, Quality process etc.

　　• Complete AIS manufacturing NCR analysis and Monitoring of CA PA Closure of NCR /ECR.

　　• Provide support to DTO, Product Care, Quality, Testing, OE & Manufacturing team for sheet metal BOM, C1-C2 & JT error.

　　• Provide support to Supplier & TPI team for sheet metal BOM, C1-C2 & JT error. Solution of technical queries with co-ordination with OM and DTO engineers.

　　• LTC mounting layout prepare at supplier end & approval before start of the LTC wiring.

　　• Prepare Supplier KPI record on every month.

　　• Good knowledge of EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing.

　　• Qualification: Degree/Diploma Electrical Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience

　　Skills:

　　• Good business communication skills,

　　• Knowledge of Windows Office software like word, excel etc.,

　　• Basic understanding required about EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing.
