You will becollecting and analyzing data to be used for product improvementprojects, preparing charts and reports, writing procedures andinvestigating product failure modes. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Helps with training needs in support of new proceduresand standards Support the development of new programs that support theGenerac Manufacturing System (GMS) Organizes documents, standards,policies and procedures within our document control system Preparescharts and reports in support of the Quality team that are used to driveperformance gains Prepares presentations in support of the deployment ofstandard Generac tools, methodologies, standards, practices andprocesses Participate in and support the execution of events that areled by the Quality team to improve business processes Lead a projectrelated to the department policy deployment Other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications: Currently pursuing an Bachelor\'s degree; Theability to work 15-20 hours during the school year or full time duringschool breaks.
