　　Duties:

　　Follow up the US Internal audits based on the schedule, and support to assure the governance and adherence to Standardized job, and new model launches.

　　Follow up the BIQ model thru the plants and set up a Document control validation methodology thru US plants.

　　Follow up EASE app implementation in all the Plants (Global)

　　Follow up the closing findings and validation in EASE or any program defined.

　　Follow up the document control in Berea and US Plants

　　Follow up War Room validations.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Follow up the processes and activities related to quality management, to guarantee compliance with customer standards as well as favor continuous improvement.

　　Participate/collaborate in the Daily management (Staff meetings, War room, Gemba walk, etc.) plant activities.

　　Follow up operational excellence tools / Lean manufacturing tools through perform projects in the shop floor.

　　Work with the Leadership team to make sure the resources are on place to deploy operational excellence / Lean manufacturing tools among the plant.

　　Follow up the improvement of internal processes, ensuring the integration of the three main agents in Quality Management: the client, the market, and the company.

　　Follow up internal and external NC audits of the Quality System at all US plants to ensure they are meeting all known elements of IATF to meet Vitro needs to ensure the system is in place and controlled. Work with individual plants to improve ensure all Customer and IATF certification are tracked and Support scheduling of events.

　　Follow up and track individual plan of internal audits to Process Control in the Plants of US to guarantee its correct operation.

　　Schedule and follow up MPA Audits and BIQ 4M audits

　　Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

　　The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
