Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Quality Inspector. This position is based at our Bethel, CT location.​ The Quality Inspector will inspect incoming components, in-process & final pressure sensor assemblies before being shipped to the customer which may be in the commercial, military or space markets.

　　The hourly rate for this position is $18-$22 per hour.

　　What you’ll do:

　　• Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts

　　• Receive incoming materials (raw & repairs)

　　• Maintain quality records

　　• Interpret customer and supplier requirements (internal & external)

　　• Certify Quality Control paperwork

　　• Read and interpret blueprints of machined parts or electronic parts

　　• Use small hand tools such as calipers, micrometers & drop indicators

　　Qualifications:

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience required.

　　• Minimum 1 year experience in a quality functional role in a manufacturing environment required. Alternatively, an individual with 1 year experience utilizing dimensional tolerancing may be substituted.

　　• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

　　• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
