　　POSITION OBJECTIVE S 职务目标 :

　　负责客户投诉的现场零件挑选。In charge of on-site materials sorting for customer complaint issues.

　　负责客户端不良品的退换货及返修。In charge of non-conforming materials disposition including return, replace and rework.

　　负责客户端投诉信息及检验结果的登记。In charge of recording customer complaints information and sorting result.

　　负责将客户投诉内容传递给CLC质量领班进行库存排查。In charge of gathering the customer complaint information and conducting the team lead to sort stock at CLC.

　　能够识别出质量区域中的潜在安全风险并提出改善建议并实施改善计划消除风险。Be able to identify the safety risks in quality inspection area, put forward the correction plan and implementation of the plan, get rid of the risk ultimately.

　　JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 :

　　确保日常的检验都依据标准流程进行作业。Follow quality control process to perform sorting and rework.

　　在规定的时间保质保量的完成日常检验任务。Completion of part inspection within required time frame in a high quality standard way.

　　在主管的指导下完成日常的客户投诉处理。Upon the supervision, inspector can tackle the simple quality complaints

　　日常使用的量具管理维护。Daily inspection tools and gages maintenance

　　完成主管分配的其他工作Perform other duties assigned by quality supervisor

　　QUALIFICATION 任职资格 / 技术水平要求 :

　　高中及以上学历 High school qualification or above.

　　四年及以上质量相关经验 Four years or more quality related experience.

　　有较强的质量意识、熟练读懂和理解图纸要求，并根据要求熟练使用常规检验工具

　　Being with strong quality awareness, able to understand print and skillfully master the inspection tools and gages.

　　对工作区域有较强的安全风险识别意识，并能提醒团队成员予以防范和纠正Strong awareness on safety, and remind team member to caution and correction.

　　SAP QM /WM 模块中所需的的知识完成查询和检验任务Master SAP QM and WM knowledge like query and perform inspection tasks.

　　使用基本的办公软件来制作质量报告Can utilize the basic office software like Excel, Work etc. to report quality inspection.

　　遵守公司的规章制度，服从管理Adherence to company rules and processes, obey management.
