Description:

　　Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate records of all incoming materials, daily test results and outgoing shipments using the batch system

　　Validate product through testing & physical testing of raw materials (25% of job duty)

　　Communicate daily work status updates to Quality, Customer Service, and production areas, identifying delays and product status

　　Conduct quality calibrations of metal detectors

　　Identify and escalate errors in batches, defects in production and any material issues that impede production

　　Perform general industrial cleaning in production areas.

　　Operate equipment to maintain clean floors throughout the building and production areas removing dirt, spilled chocolate, grease, debris.

　　Clean and disinfect washrooms, locker rooms, lunchrooms.

　　Report any defective materials, spills or any issues that will take longer than normal to clean to supervisor

　　Occasionally fill pails for production or assist in other production utility operator activities.

　　Food Quality Inspector Experience

　　GMP experience
