　　Position: NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

　　Location: HYBRID - MOSTLY REMOTE - GREATER DES MOINES IA

　　Salary: UP TO $100K + 10% BONUS + EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS

　　Voice Administration (Optional): If you have experience in voice administration, you'll have the opportunity to leverage it, but it's not a requirement.

　　Requirements

　　What You Will Need:

　　Directly assist customers, swiftly resolve issues and be a key player in the front lines of the organization

　　Experience: 4-10+ years of hands-on Network Administration experience.

　　Skill Level: Mid-level proficiency.

　　Networking Expertise: Proficiency in LAN, WAN, SAN, Hyper V, VMWARE, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory Group Policy.

　　Infrastructure Lifecycle: Experience with lifecycle upgrades.

　　Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and On-prem solutions.

　　Communication: Excellent communication skills.

　　Additional Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
