Description:
Complete QC inspection of Medical devices per procedures and SOPs in place.
Complete incoming inspections of components per procedures in place, approved fabrication drawings, and material inspection plans.
Complete incoming inspection forms and nonconformance forms accordingly.
Collaborate with purchasing and the Production Coordinator to ensure nonconforming material is labeled and isolated to prevent use and approved material is part of inventory for job builds.
Reviews DHRs for completion and accuracy.
Manage the document control system.
Assist with filing and supports external and internal audits as needed.
Maintains technical documentation and DMR files as an output of the Change Control process.
Follows relevant SOPs from LKC’s Quality Manual and SOPs and assists in ensuring regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies are implemented and met.
Assists Procurement and Quality Manager in managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in completing QC inspections and Quality Management systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485)
Should have experience using micrometers
Tech Savvy and Detail oriented
Organized
Hard working, quick learner
Medical device quality work experience (year+)
Experience working with electrical equipment
Experience interpreting Engineering drawings/schematics
