　　Ensuring sanitation standards are met throughout the operation as well as managing the porter and stock keeping team on site during the shift.

　　The person in this role will monitor and maintain all food safety and quality assurance initiatives.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to food safety and quality, including documentation of audits, inspections, corrective actions, and training activities.

　　Oversees porter and stockkeeping associates during the shift.

　　Follow equipment SOP, calibration and verifications efforts as it pertains to all quality and food safety efforts,

　　Maintains inventory and records of all smallware.

　　Responsible for purchasing for assigned stations.
