As the QEHSSpecialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing andmonitoring AMSOIL Quality and EHS programs, policies and procedures toensure organizational awareness and compliance to the applicablerequirements. This position reports on-site to the AMSOIL productionfacility located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities: Supportthe AMSOIL Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain compliance withISO 9001 standards, which includes performing internal audits as a leadauditor Develop and administer employee/labor health & safety programsin accordance with organization, regulatory, and labor unionrequirements/agreements Ensure compliance with internal and externalrequirements related to environmental and employee health and safety andidentify areas for improvement Facilitate training to create employeeawareness of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements andprepare them to follow the necessary procedures Support the continualimprovement of the AMSOIL Quality, Environmental, Health and Safetyprograms at all levels of the organization Position Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant course of study At least 5 years ofexperience in quality and/or environmental, health and safety-focusedposition Or equivalent combination of education and experiencesufficient to do the job Exceptional time management and organizationskills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyestablishing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to communicateeffectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executiveleadership, staff, and internal and external stakeholders.
