　　Identify root cause through corrective and preventive action Implement corrective/preventive action and validating plans Oversee the quality management system Improve production methods, quality of products, and equipment performance Data collection, entry, and reporting for product conformance and process capability Develop and Implement methods/standards for products, materials, equipment, returns, testing, calibration, and processes Support AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management standards Utilize statistical process control to support process capability Support mechanical/electrical testing Execute gap analysis
