Review Purchase Orders and product records to ensure product requirements are met before product is released to ship to Customer in accordance with QMS procedures and other associated requirements including Customer specific requirements. Responsible for data entry of product information in databases. Communicate as needed with other departments to ensure shipping dates are met. Other related assignmentsMAJOR RESPONSIBILTIES /DescriptionReview Purchase Orders to ensure item to be shipped reflects requirements on the PO including part number, serial number, quantity, lot number, and any additional customer specific requirements.Enter shipping orders into system and print required documentation needed for product shipmentRelease orders in the system to allow shipping team to ship the productMust process all work in compliance with our Quality System and AS9100 standardsPeriodically rotate to other functions within QC including the RMA area to support business needsVerify incoming customer returned material (PN, SN, etc.) and receive in the databaseEstablish traceability for incoming RMAsLog Unordered Receipt RMAs in database/ExcelAssist with monitoring and reporting of department KPIs and other associated performance measures.Record number of lines completed and pending quantity for inspection, RMA, and Shipping.Update associated graphs in Excel.The salary range of $17.31 - $29.33 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
