Job Description:

　　Responsible for checking in-process and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

　　Inspect products measurements and visual inspections- visually examining inks adherence- splotches, marks, etc.

　　Perform coating and lamination testing for width, density, etc.

　　Test products s trength/tensile testing and leak/ burst testing.

　　Assist with testing samples using GC (Gas Chromatography).

　　Support production and collect samples from operators.

　　Address issues on production floor as needed.

　　Determine to pass or put products on hold.

　　Document test results and findings.

　　Follow GMP and FDA regulations.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Previous quality control experience; preferably from a GMP regulated environment.

　　Strong communication skills and ability to read test methods.

　　Work in a team environment.

　　Good math skills and ability to read a detailed measurements.

　　Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and FDA/ GMP regulations.

　　Good computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel) and ability to do data entry/ documentation of test results.
