Description Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate should be creative, have an innovative approach to problem solving and be able to work consistently and methodically to a high standard of accuracy and quality. The candidate needs to also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, have good verbal and written communication skills, be proactive as well as collaborative, be able to work in a team, be self-motivated and have an interest to learn.

• Assists in the distribution of compliance documents to all appropriate individuals and departments.

• Ensures completeness and accuracy of information contained in all documents, document files, databases, and documentation systems.

• Promotes cGMP compliant environment and follows SOP’s.

• Support all aspects of internal audits.

• Provide customers with documentation, including Letters of Compliance and internal product specifications.

• Facilitates all outside testing requests (generate lab request form, shipping papers, log etc.)

• Filing and organization of supplier Certificates of Analysis and external test reports

• Creation of COA’s

• Process all pre-shipment samples

• Completes the monthly environmental swabbing and trending

• Miscellaneous correspondence and project support

Requirements:

• Zero to two (0-2) years of relevant experience in documentation, QA or equivalent.

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and good documentation practices preferred.

• Detail oriented and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
