Salary Range
$26.94 - $38.41 Hourly$2,154.92 - $3,072.92 Biweekly$4,669.00 - $6,658.00 Monthly$56,028.00 - $79,896.00 Annually
Duties
The position plays an essential role in assisting apprenticeship sponsors'compliance and improving program quality by developing and facilitatingtechnical assistance opportunities for sponsors and other stakeholders. Theposition works closely with various stakeholders, including not-for-profitorganizations, state and private agencies, national workforce partners,industry associations, training providers, the Colorado Department of Labor &Employment (CDLE) staff to identify best practices and programmaticinnovations.
Substitutions
Additional appropriate experience will substitute for the degree requirementon a year-for-year basis.
Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experienceon a year-for-year basis.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study relatedto the work assignment.
AND
Two (2) years of professional experience in an occupational field related tothe work assigned to the position to include: program coordination, programmanagement, grant management, grant coordination, community engagement,community outreach, digital / computer literacy instruction, adult education,public policy.
Conditions of Employment
Must be a current resident of Colorado to apply.You must pass a thorough background check prior to employment to include theE-Verify process.The position will be expected to travel for business purposes that may resultin overnight travel.
