　　What will you do

　　The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality system processes compliance towards regulatory and / or internal requirements. This professional is also responsible for ensuring the compliance of all process within manufacturing plant and quality control laboratory and lead quality assurance processes as nonconformance, product release, change control and shopfloor. This professional must demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, good interpersonal relationships when interacting with partners, co-workers, in addition to demonstrating good skills of quality tools.

　　Responsibilitieso Ensure the compliance with regulatory and internal requirements for all GXP processes.

　　o Evaluate the change controls as quality representative whenever necessary.

　　o Support and drive the manufacturing and laboratory teams on the nonconformances, documents, change control.

　　o Support manufacturing and laboratory teams on the risk identification and mitigation related to GxP processes.

　　o Evaluate and implement process improvements with support areas

　　o Support the nonconformance investigation related to manufacturing and laboratories processes.

　　Qualifications

　　What we are looking for

　　Required Qualificationso Bachelor´s degree on pharmacy, chemistry, chemistry engineer, biology or other related area.

　　o At least 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance of health companies as pharmaceutical / cosmetics.

　　o Advanced English

　　o Quality processes and tools knowledge as KPIs, nonconformance, change control, audits, documents/records management and trainings.

　　o Time management skills, organized, sense of urgency, proactive, communicative.

　　Desired Qualificationso Spanish

　　o Quality Control knowledge
