HOW YOU WILL DO IT PurposeStatement: Support the Quality Department by leading the operation ofthe Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) in validation of parts andtroubleshooting of manufacturing issues. Work Hours: Open for discussionon a 5 day, 8 hours per day work week. Key Job Accountabilities: AssistSupplier Quality Engineers and Quality Engineers with trouble shootingcomponents and manufacturing issues. Lead the generation of CMM programsfor the site. Maintain computer applications required for CAD programs.Support other inspection processes within facility. Support softwaremeasurement system. Additional Accountabilities: Support User Groupprojects. Transfer Customer supplied CAD data and create program files.Create CAD data from spec sheets or sample when it is not customer ordesigner supplied. Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs ofthe business (estimated \<5%). Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate\'s degreein electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems, or mechanicaldesign/drafting is preferred.
