QUALIFICATIONS:

　　EDUCATION: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400 (preferred)

　　EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or related experience

　　This position requires the individual to be able to multi task with jobs that are ongoing and constantly changing. The individual in this job must be a self-starter whom is able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision. This person must be very detail oriented. This individual must be able to work with and communicate with all levels of personnel within the Company.

　　SPECIFIC DUTIES:

　　· Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 quality system requirements, and principles of quality control

　　· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Email, Web applications, etc.)

　　· Maintain working knowledge of quality standards

　　· Interfaces with department managers as required

　　· Perform audits (internal) as required.

　　· Support and facilitate customer audits as necessary

　　· Maintenance, evaluation and administration of QMS documentation.

　　· Responsible for ensuring that all industry and customer specifications are kept current to the latest revision

　　· Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments.

　　· Maintain quality records as required.

　　· Process and compliance support

　　· Advocate and promote continuous quality and safety improvement

　　· Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments, vendors, or contractors as required

　　· Other duties as assigned by Director.
