Highway 1, Wellington, CO 80549 Phone: (970) 305-7237Qualified Landscape LaborerJob Duties: Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborer witha minimum of three months experience in landscape labor who is able to workwith and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3peers, mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves withblowers. Also, installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees,and shrubs. Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. Generallandscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation andmaintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Liftingrequired up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employerprovided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickuplocation in the specified area of employment.

  3 months experience required. On the job training. No education required.$19.43-$27.00/hr. based on experience and performance.$29.15-$40.50/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work w/hour of lunch each workday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., M-F, SomeO.T. and weekends may be available, but is not guaranteed.

Upon completion of the work contract orwhere the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay forworkers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amountof transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Dailysubsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the firstworkweek.The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job duties.The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of theworkdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
