Looking for an entry level candidate to work in QA/QC doing basic lab testing for a reputable, growing, food manufacturing company in the Central, Ohio area!

　　Description

　　In-process testing running acid/salt tests and taste testing

　　Wet Chemistry Skills (pH testing, viscosity testing and titrations)

　　Packaging/QA checking labels and code dates, checking bottles for cracks, leaks and weighing them and doing all documentation.

　　Collect and test samples of ingredients, products or packages according to established procedures

　　Document all results neatly and precisely

　　Label and maintain product retention samples used to monitor the product throughout the established shelf life

　　Accurately weigh ingredients, colors, flavorings and seasonings

　　Test R&D samples for food safety & specification development
