　　QC Manger

　　We are looking for a highly motivated QC manager that will be responsible for managing the QC staff and maintaining quality control processes, analyzing results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production team.

　　The QC manager should have ground knowledge in quality inspection/inspection techniques, with technical understanding of automated inspection machine programming, calibration of devices and measuring techniques.

　　"Hands-on" in solving problems, getting into details and a team player.

　　Primary job responsibilities:

　　Manage QC Team.

　　Responsibility for the quality of the products during the stages of incoming inspection, in-process Inspection, and final inspection.

　　Responsibility for measuring system and the measuring tools - calibration, correctness, and adjustment of measuring equipment, managing the processes of building programs for computerized measuring machines and their proper use (in collaboration with a quality control technologist).

　　Ensuring proper documentation of quality records related to the production processes and archive management to ensure their preservation in a way that allows quick access.

　　Investigate customer complaints and production/internal discrepancies (NCR), manage cross-departmental systemic production investigations.

　　Responsible for quality problem solving in the production stages.

　　The quality of the incoming materials and the performance of suppliers and subcontractors: conducting supplier inspections, approving new suppliers, and handling complaints against suppliers.

　　Establishing clear criteria for correctness/disqualification of products.

　　Conducting internal audits.

　　Position skills:

　　B.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Industrial/ mechatronics/ Machinery

　　Familiarity with quality standards of medical equipment - mandatory

　　Proven management experience - mandatory

　　High level English verbal and writing- mandatory

　　Familiarity with measuring equipment, automatic measuring machines and relevant measuring methods - a significant advantage

　　Certification as an internal audit auditor - an advantage

　　Ability to read and understand sketching.

　　Control of a computerized environment- ERP, Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point and Project).
