　　The QC Lab Scientist is responsible for take over, planning, execution and evaluation of complex analyses (e.g. chemical-physical and microbiological tests on filters) within the framework of quality control investigations.

　　This position is part of the Quality Control Lab and will be located in Bad Kreuznach.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Plausibility check of the determined results including error analysis and preparation of detailed reports, taking into account the task

　　Calibration of test facilities and test equipment, maintenance, servicing, and definition of requirements

　　Investigations within complaints, including documentation of results

　　Development and qualification of new methods to replace existing release methods as well as investigations for production support in the context of the qualification of machines after relocation, modernization or new acquisition

　　Preparation of hazard analyses, operating instructions, work instructions, forms for laboratory operation

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Y ou have either completed a scientific education (e.g. as a chemistry, biology, physics laboratory technician/technician, CTA, BTA, PTA) or BSc/BEng in the microbiological, physical, chemical field, as a papermaker or a higher-quality comparable education

　　You have 2 -3 years of professional experience, ideally within quality control

　　You have extensive knowledge of testing methods and techniques

　　You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　You have experience with work on a laboratory and pilot plant scale

　　You have the ability to coordinate workflows and take into account overarching relationships
