　　You will be part of a team of Quality Engineers with overall responsibility for the testing of the Deltek Maconomy product.

　　We are a team passionate about learning and development. If you don’t have previous experience in software testing, we ensure a thorough onboarding program complete with mentorship guidance to learn about Deltek Maconomy products and software testing skills for your successful performance.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Conducts technical Quality Assurance activities for an ERP system

　　Performs requirements analysis and closely collaborates with developers and product managers on the specifications

　　Prepares feature test plans, test cases, and test estimates

　　Executes tests and reports test results and application defects

　　Creates and maintains automated tests

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Mathematics or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience .

　　Minimum of 3 years of software testing experience or as an accounting personnel (enterprise software such as ERP, banking, invoicing, time & expense, reporting)

　　Experience in tool-assisted testing

　　Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated functional tests and conducting failure analysis

　　Ability to work in an agile environment

　　A strong desire to continuously innovate
