Job title – QA Specialist （Contractor）

　　Location – Shanghai, China

　　Job model – Hybrid

　　Your mission

　　Support i-Health China/APAC region with respect to all Quality related activities.

　　Coordinate with Product Development, Regulatory and Operations to create and confirm new product specifications.

　　Partner with Contract Manufacturing Organizations to ensure all documentation is available to support the inspection process prior to product being received. Assist with maintaining documentation control and completion of forms for release of product.

　　Work with outside laboratories to coordinate exiting testing programs and establish new programs. Collaborate with Regulatory, Product Development, Quality and contract laboratories to test and sample products; communicate with laboratories on outstanding issues.

　　Work with Quality and Operations to maintain the Vendor Approval program. Assist team with resolving audit identified issues with vendors.

　　Support Regional Sales and Marketing teams to answer consumer inquiries and/or resolve concerns.

　　You bring

　　College degree, Chemistry or related science preferred

　　Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

　　Written and spoken English

　　High attention to detail required, analytical capability

　　Occasional travel to vendors
