The PWS KOB3 Sales Manager role has accountability for Ovation Lifecycle Services business in the Northern Region. In this role, the individual will need to perform cross-functional activities, from crafting sales plans with customers, leading the opportunity funnel in CRM, and acting as a subject matter expert in front of Customers to develop and assemble opportunities in the Power and Water regional installed base.
This will require strategic agility, creative thinking, work toward results, flexibility, and an understanding of the cultural and business norms in the Region.
Job Responsibilities
Own and drive the KOB3 orders budget in the Region.
Become a technical and value proposition guide on all the PWS Lifecycle Service offerings
Direct responsible for PWS Sales for Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan
Promote, craft, and propose PWS portfolio offerings
Use global tools to be responsible for the PWS Lifecycle business and deliver incremental orders
Maintain and improve existing tools to ensure they can be applied as efficiently as possible and generate growing value for the sales team
Implement local and international Emerson trade compliance and ethics procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
Keep up to date with the latest Power & Water Lifecycle offerings
Maintain KOB3 order forecasts and be able to regularly and formally report on orders' potential
Work with the proposals team to generate the best-fit solution for customer requirements
Travel requirements are greater than 65%
