　　AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

　　As a rocking Purchasing Agent & Storekeeper, you will join our Finance team.

　　You will have the challenge to coordinate the purchasing requirements of the hotel and ensure all are met in a timely, cost effective manner, producing the qualitative samples, at the minimal price. Without forgetting that you will be responsible for maintaining our stock level and flex it through the seasons.

　　You keep an eye on our product database in Adaco, you take care of the month end inventory counts and produce the month end Beverage & Food control report and you are responsible to report on a timely basis the costs of raw materials and other supplies.

　　Each day, you check of the reception, storage and issuing functions and check the quantity, conformity and quality of products, foodstuffs and other goods as they arrive through the invoices for the Finance Team.

　　You know how to create and establish seamless communication with external suppliers and internal departments to support the good function and success of the hotel.

　　PROFILE

　　Extensive experience in the purchasing and in a similar position

　　Ability to maintain the company’s strict finance standards at all times and act with integrity and results oriented

　　Fluent in French and English

　　HACCP knowledge

　　You should be highly motivated

　　Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

　　You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
