This level III Purchasing Agent position will support many different programs at SNC in the purchasing capacity. Procurements will include multiple commodities and may be higher dollar, requiring Price Analysis and compliant PO file documentation in accordance with SNC Policy, Process and Procedure and being compliant with FAR/DFARS when applicable.

　　Review requirements for accuracy.

　　Identify suppliers

　　Send out compliant request for quotes (Single Source and Competitive)

　　Review, analyze and evaluate quotes when received

　　Award Contracts

　　Follow up as required

　　Administer and work files until all materials are received and po's are paid and closed.

　　Must-haves:

　　Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience

　　Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

　　Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

　　Procurement experience

　　6 Years Experience in Purchasing

　　Background in Government Contracting

　　Knowledge of FAR/DFARS

　　Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

　　Preferred:
