Purchasing agent will be responsible for purchasing goods sold to the customers; identify suppliers who offer cost-effective solutions that meet our quality and cost standards; negotiate the best prices and terms with suppliers; monitor supplier performance to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in full; track and manage orders to ensure that all materials are delivered as requested; resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the purchasing and delivery process; work closely with other departments to ensure that all materials are purchased and delivered as needed; maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases and deliveries; analyze market trends and identify potential new suppliers.
