The Purchasing Adminwill play an integral part in communications and keeping the purchasing department running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Input, maintain and audit container log, as well as track containersAnswers daily inventory questions then follows-up with suppliers, carriers and supervisorsTrack and chart rates from carriersUpdate supplier ship dates and back in stock date weeklyInteract with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errorsCollaborates with Engineering. Pricing and Costing departmentThis position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above
