District Health Department #4 is looking for a full time Public Health Nurse for our Hillman Community Schools in the School Wellness Program! This position is grant funded.

　　District Health Department No. 4 is a dedicated and passionate team that provides leadership in promoting environmental and personal health through health promotion, disease detection, disease prevention, education, and regulation. Our vision is in creating a healthier community and environment for all.

　　A licensed registered nurse working to assist the public and serve their needs in the areas of school health and wellness, communicable disease, immunizations, and other Health Department services.

　　Duties include:

　　Providing skilled nursing care to individuals to meet their needs both in office and off-site, school setting.Complete and maintain accurate, adequate, and timely records in computer software products such as Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records software, and similar products.Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to serve clientele in a tactful, objective, non-judgmental, respectful manner.Salary: $24.48 per hour starting wage for Associate prepared RN, increasing to $25.89 upon successful probation period. $25.24 per hour starting wage for Bachelor prepared RN, increasing to $26.61 upon successful probation period in accordance with current Union contract plus full benefit package.
