Our client in the administrative industry is seeking an PT Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the clerical support team responsible for data entry and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PT Administrative Assistant

Location: Bermuda Dunes, CA

Pay Range: $20-25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide clerical support to the team

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
