Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 3rd, 2024, to Friday, August 9th, 2024.

Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives working in a multidisciplinary team, alongside researchers, designers, writers, marketers, and developers, to deliver word-class, human-centered solutions. Your placement within the Marketing Internship Program will be within the Creative Team or Customer Experience Team in
one
of the following areas:
User Experience:
The User Experience team is responsible for Prudentials users overall usability, accessibility, and consistency with our various platforms and products. The focus is on designing experiences that create strong connections, drive preference, and create affinity.
Your day-to-day may include: Developing and maintaining user experience designs (website, mobile app and visual) with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders for website and mobile app based on the identification and understanding of user journeys, conducting user testing research, and concept workshops with Journey team.
Journey Management:
Through Journey Management we identify insights on the needs, wants and motivators of our customers to align the organization around a customer centric strategy to develop and optimize experiences, products, and solutions to provide value to our customers.
Your day-to-day may include: Arranging separate interactions into rational user flows and digital touchpoints for that product, using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems, and designing targeted framework improvements with UX team.
Voice of the Customer:
The Voice of the Customer team gathers insight into customer preferences, problems, and complaints, putting businesses in a better position to identify problems and opportunities so they can take the appropriate next steps. Its an effective way to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and metrics.
Your day-to-day may include: Collecting feedback from the users and developing insights/action items based on the voice of the customer and working with UX / Journey teams to improve experiences.
Design:
The design team is responsible for producing inspired, visually appealing content that serves our broader marketing strategy. This means consciously shaping the look and feel of Prudentials brand.
Your day-to-day may include: Planning, laying out and preparing graphic design work for inclusion in product brochures, displays, web applications, presentations, slides, proposals, technical manuals, and similar graphics applications as well as preparing files for image setting, potential to work outside vendors and reviewing projects for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Video:
The video team uses videos to promote and market our various products and services to increase engagement on digital and social channels. This team offers a way to educate our customers through motion.
Your day-to-day may include: Planning, laying out and preparing production design work for inclusion in ads, social media, websites and similar video applications as well as preparing files for image setting, potential to work outside vendors and reviewing projects for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Copy:
The copy team is responsible for using words to introduce products, tell a story, or explain features of Prudentials offered services. The team focuses on inspiring and giving Prudentials brand a voice through words in partnership with the design and video teams.
