WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a key member of the wider Operations team.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
Provisioning of new customers orders using SAP (we can teach you systems)
Preparing and shipping of Teletrac Navman products for clients and installers
Testing units prior to dispatch to customers
Regular stock takes and maintenance of stock
Using the relevant platforms to record dispatches.

So, whether you are new to the corporate world, someone who has already got a taste of provisioning administration or someone looking for a change, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Intermediate computer skills – MS Office
An interest in the technical space (maybe you are a gamer, fix phones for your friends and family, are interested in software development in the long term?)
At least 1 year admin or provisioning experience
In addition:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work within a friendly but results driven team
Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
A great attitude and work ethic, ability to problem solve
Previous experience in processing orders would be ideal preferably with a technical or provisioning background, but not essential
All applicants for this position must be authorized to work full-time in New Zealand.
