As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful healthcare provider physician practice operations solutions. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your knowledge in healthcare operations, develop successful teams, and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Certification(s) Preferred: EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, and Healthy Planet

Proficiency in healthcare provider physician practice operations

Clinical experience with Care Coordination and Population Health

In-depth EHR or Epic implementation experience

Experience with Hospital Revenue Cycle and Billing

Knowledge of healthcare provider industry operations and terminology

Proficiency in core provider healthcare systems

Certification(s) Preferred: EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, and Healthy Planet

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
