　　What do you contribute?

　　We are looking for a talented and experienced Provider and Contract Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a provider strategy, establishing a strong partner base in alignment with Corporate IT, and managing various aspects of contract, service, performance, and claim management.

　　In you new role, you will design and implement a comprehensive provider strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

　　In doing so, you will establish and maintain a strong partner base by identifying and selecting suitable providers in accordance with Corporate IT requirements and standards.

　　Also, you will manage contracts, services, performance, and claims related to provider engagements to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.

　　Furthermore, you will oversee the tendering process for outsourcing engagements, including managing the evaluation and selection of vendors and negotiating contracts jointly with Procurement.

　　You will develop and implement frameworks and guidelines for contract transparency, ensuring clarity and understanding for all parties involved.

　　What do you bring along?

　　You bring a completed university degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

　　Next to this, you do have long-term proven experience in designing and implementing provider strategies and establishing strong partner bases.

　　In addition, you bring in strong knowledge and experience in contract, service, performance, and claim management as well as experience in managing the tendering and contracting process for outsourcing engagements.

　　Familiarity with frameworks and guidelines related to contract transparency and Software Asset Management is required.

　　Moreover, you bring in knowledge of software licensing practices and familiarity with license compliance requirements.

　　Fluent English language skills round off your profile.
