Job Summary:

　　Review and scrutinize customer enquiry and prepare technical and commercial quotation within due date given by customer. Handover of clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams. Interdepartmental co-ordination

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Under the supervision of the Quote to Cash Excellence Manager, Proposals Engineer is accountable for the complete Project Management activities of KOB3 & Spares Enquiries and retrofit projects.

　　This role is specialized one to look after MRO enquiries and project Management.

　　This position has primary responsibility to track the MRO enquiries meeting all the key performance indicators of each of the process steps. (Enquiry Acknowledgement, Quote Submission, Handover, PO placement to Intercompany.

　　In addition to quotations responsibility, incumbent shall handle projects assigned to them for end-to-end project management.

　　Accurate quotations release

　　Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date

　　Accurate PO handover

　　Intercompany PO Placement to Factory for Spares

　　Achieve RDSL and PDSL for front end activities as well as shipments.

　　Update and circulate Bid Management, Project Management related Management Information System reports.

　　Registering all enquiries into quote log

　　Ontime acknowledgement (within 24 hours)

　　Handle and coordinate request for quotations and follow quotation activities.

　　Update MIS reports related to bid management and related analysis

　　Who You Are:

　　You should have strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Customer focused. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Having good decision-making ability. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities. Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business loss.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 1 - 3 years Industry experience.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.

　　Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

　　Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

　　Preferred Requirements:

　　Experience from actuator, controls & instrumentation industry
