　　A startup company in Ocean County is currently seeking to hire a Property Analyst to join their team. The ideal Property Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, handling the rent roll, AP & AR, commissions, and underwriting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a similar role and have excellent communication skills and strong MS Excel experience. Experience with Yardi or Rent Manager would be a huge plus.
