You will be the public face of theclinic while performing record-keeping and clerical duties related topatient care and treatment. You will be able to triage calls todetermine next steps. You will also provide miscellaneous support to thepractice manager and health care team. What we?re looking for? The idealcandidate will be proficient in all of the department\'s protocols andable to answer client questions. They will be efficient and effective,able to multitask and provide a liaison between client and veterinarian.This position requires advanced computer knowledge, strong keyboardingskills, and excellent record-keeping abilities. Candidates for thisposition must have the ability to follow direction with or withoutsupervision. You may be working with clients in challengingcircumstances surrounding the care of their pets.
