　　Major responsibilities

　　Coordinate insurance requirements

　　Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

　　Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants

　　Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases

　　Aid in preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports

　　Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

　　Gather monthly rent and fees Requirements - Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills

　　Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary

　　Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
