Description Our reputable client is seeking a Property Accountant to join the company. The ideal Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Maintain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation

　　Assemble reporting packages and financial statements

　　Analyze financial data and summarize in a clear, useful manner

　　Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

　　Create complex account reconciliations and journal entries

　　Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules

　　Arrange monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting Requirements - Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred

　　Knowledge of industry specific accounting software

　　Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred

　　Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
