　　What You’ll Do:

　　As a Project Specialist, you will work on multiple project teams simultaneously and may serve as Project Manager for a small project or a portion of a larger project. You will focus on project management details and follow-up actions that maximize project outcomes. You are a highly organized, enthusiastic project manager with exceptional communication skills and a demonstrable talent for project management. The act of planning excites you; organization and efficiency make you squeal with glee. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, always follows up, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

　　Your Day-to-Day :

　　Manage project timelines, expectations, milestones, and deliverables and monitor progress to achievement.

　　Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for projects.

　　Act as a key contact and communication facilitation between internal departments.

　　Coordinate and follow up on tasks and assignments across teams.

　　Develop processes and best practices for project management and execution.

　　Collaborate with teammates who care about our users as much as you do.

　　What You Bring to the Team:

　　BA, BS, or equivalent experience.

　　2+ years of project management experience, PMP / Prince2, or other formal Project Management training is an added advantage.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.

　　Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.

　　Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.

　　Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards.

　　Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, and SharePoint.

　　You work well with others: You like the experience of working with different types of people, including different perspectives and cultures, People love working with you and the feeling is mutual.

　　You get stuff done: You are a self-starter who can manage a highly variable workload. You’re unfazed by the unexpected projects that require a fast turnaround.
