As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (Security Support Services) you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Command, Control, Cyber, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that will monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize USAREUR-AF G2X’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (Security Support Services) you will embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
Assist in the development of goals and objectives that integrate organization and security management and oversight objectives as directed by the Brigade Security Manager.
Support the Brigade Security Manager in project management of fixed facility Secure Compartmented Intelligence Facilities (SCIFs) and Temporary SCIFs (T-SCIFs) across the European theater.
Assist the Brigade Security Manager in project management of security taskings for 66th MIB (T) in USAREUR-AF OPORDs for MI Taskings.
Assist the USAREUR-AF G2 Command Security Manager in the continued accreditation of facilities and systems to support the mission goals of USAREUR-AF in the CIC.
Contribute to the establishment, revision, or review of policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for 66th MIB (T) personnel security operations.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of required security files.
Assist the Brigade Security Manager in preparing, issuing, and managing the 66th MIB (T) security badge programs, including processing required security verification actions.
Manage the Security Clearance Access Rosters (SCARs) for 66th MIB (T) under the direction of the Brigade Security Manager.
Plan and schedule work in a manner that promotes a smooth flow, even distribution, and effective use of organizational resources to achieve organizational goals, objectives, and customer needs.
Assist the Brigade Security Manager in managing NATO-classified programs, preparing NATO courier orders, and conducting NATO clearance verifications.
Assist in the implementation and administration of the Information Security Program in accordance with applicable DoD, U.S. Army, and USAREUR-AF policy guidance, providing oversight and direction to the workforce and staff as applicable.
Process initial and periodic security clearance actions through OPM and DSS using PSIP, DISS, and any other required program.
Process fingerprints as required for security clearance investigation requests via SWIFT.
Manage derogatory information reporting via DISS, including preparing 5248-Rs.
Conduct Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) and site visits to support personnel security requirements in accordance with DoD, USAREUR-AF, and Army policy.
Provide guidance to subordinate units on the implementation and administration of personnel security programs.
Assist the Brigade Security Manager in administering the Security Awareness and Education Training Program within 66th MIB (T).
Coordinate with INSCOM Security Operations Center (ISOC) to process continuous evaluation of derogatory reporting requirements.
Provide guidance to individuals on responding to Statement of Reasons, Supplemental Information Requests, Letters of Intent to Deny, and similar requests.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA/BS + 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience
Current TS/SCI Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in security or a related field
Experience providing assistance in the establishment, revisions, or reviews of policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for US Army USAREUR-AF SSO operations.
Military experience, particularly in the EUCOM or AFRICOM Theaters

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
